ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities — including open gym, group classes, equipment, sauna, and amenities — involves inherent risks, including injury or, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks associated with my participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Valora Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or damages arising out of or related to my use of the facility — whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

EQUIPMENT & FACILITY USE
I am responsible for using all equipment properly and safely, and will follow all posted rules and staff instructions. I will not use any equipment or facility in a careless or unsafe manner. Valora Fitness is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow guidance.

SAUNA & HEATED ENVIRONMENTS
I understand that sauna and heated environments carry increased risks, including dehydration and overheating. I will exit immediately if I feel unwell and consult my physician before use when appropriate. I assume responsibility for any adverse effects related to heat exposure.

CAFÉ & CONSUMABLES
I understand that food, beverages, supplements, and products sold or consumed at Valora Fitness are used at my own risk. I am responsible for checking ingredients for allergies or sensitivities, and Valora Fitness bears no liability for adverse effects from consumption.

MEDICAL CONDITION & FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE
I certify that I am physically able to participate in fitness activities and have no condition that would prevent safe participation. I am responsible for monitoring my own health and physical condition and for consulting a physician as needed.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand that lockers and storage are provided for convenience and that Valora Fitness does not assume responsibility for the security of personal belongings. Valora Fitness is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of personal property, whether stored in lockers, locker rooms, vehicles, or elsewhere.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
I acknowledge that certain instructors or trainers may be independent contractors, and I release Valora Fitness from liability related to their services or actions.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
I authorize Valora Fitness, its employees, contractors, instructors, and representatives to contact emergency services or obtain medical assistance if deemed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any related medical costs.

INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valora Fitness from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses including legal fees arising from my participation or actions within the facility.

Media & Privacy Policy
Valora Fitness respects the privacy of its members and guests. Photo or video of any individual will only be taken or used with their prior consent. Members and guests are not permitted to photograph or record others within the facility without their explicit permission.

Health Conditions & Pregnancy
I understand that participation may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions. I represent that I have consulted a physician when appropriate and have determined that participation is safe for me. If I am pregnant or become pregnant, I assume full responsibility for any resulting injury.

Member Conduct
Valora Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the facility, classes, memberships, or services for violations of policy or conduct deemed disruptive, harmful, or unsafe to the Valora community.

Acknowledgment & Agreement
By accessing or using Valora Fitness facilities or services, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement, that I am voluntarily accepting these terms, and that I understand I am waiving certain legal rights.
