General Use
Valora Fitness is a private, women-only fitness facility. Access is limited to authorized members and guests. Unsupervised use of the open gym is limited to members aged 16 and older. Members under 16 may only access the facility under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized staff member. We reserve the right to refuse access at any time for violation of these terms or for behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or unsafe.

Memberships & Class Packs
All memberships, class packs, and services are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them. Expiration dates, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Memberships may be paused for a maximum of one month. Pause requests are subject to Valora Fitness approval and must be submitted in accordance with our current procedures.

Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By providing a payment method, you authorize Valora Fitness to charge applicable fees, including but not limited to memberships, class bookings, late cancellations, and no-show fees.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Memberships, recurring memberships, class packs, drop-in classes, services, events, retail merchandise, food, and beverage purchases are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to attend a scheduled class, appointment, or session does not entitle a member or guest to a refund. In the rare event that Valora Fitness cancels a service, the applicable amount may be credited or refunded at our discretion.

Scheduling & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to Valora Fitness scheduling and cancellation policies. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be admitted once a class is in session. Class credits are deducted at the time of booking.
Group Fitness Sessions
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session will receive the class credit back to your account.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $5 late cancellation fee, and the class credit is not returned.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without canceling (no-show) will result in a $10 fee, and the class credit is not returned.
Open Gym Memberships
• Memberships may be canceled at any time.
• If a membership renews, cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of the renewal charge to avoid being billed for that cycle.
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours of a renewal charge will apply to the next billing cycle.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for class packs, memberships, or any services purchased. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and times, and to cancel classes for low enrollment or other reasons.
By booking a session or purchasing a membership, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize applicable fees.

Facility Rules & Conduct
Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times, follow all posted rules, use equipment safely, and respect staff and other members. Valora Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.

Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for using all equipment and facilities safely and in accordance with instructions provided. You agree to follow all posted rules and staff guidance at all times.

Personal Property
Valora Fitness is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Lockers are for day use only and must be emptied before you leave. Any locker left locked after closing will be opened, and its contents will be placed in lost and found. Items in lost and found are held for seven days, after which they may be discarded or donated at our discretion.

Sauna & Amenities
Use of the sauna, locker rooms, showers, and other amenities is at your own risk. You are responsible for monitoring your comfort and health while using these facilities.

Café & Products
All food, beverages, and products are consumed at your own risk. Valora Fitness is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects.

Photography & Privacy
Photography or recording of others is only permitted with their consent. While Valora Fitness enforces this policy, it is not responsible for the actions of individual members who violate it.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a membership, class pack, or service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting Valora Fitness to resolve the issue. In the event of a chargeback or disputed payment, you remain responsible for all amounts owed, and Valora Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and to pursue resolution.

Changes to Services
Valora Fitness reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, services, pricing, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

Agreement
By using Valora Fitness services or facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy
Your use of Valora Fitness services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
Gift Cards
Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed for any membership, class pack, personal training service, retail merchandise, or other product or service offered by Valora Fitness, excluding cafe food and beverage purchases.
Gift cards are delivered via email and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash, and cannot be exchanged for another gift card.
Gift cards may be redeemed toward future purchases only and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. If a purchase amount is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card as credit for future use.
Valora Fitness is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization, and treats them as equivalent to cash once issued. Valora Fitness reserves the right to refuse redemption of any gift card suspected of fraudulent use or unauthorized acquisition.
Valora Fitness reserves the right to modify gift card terms, eligible redemptions, or issuance methods at any time without prior notice.
Facility Tours
Facility tours are available by appointment, booked online in advance.
Tours are provided for the individual who booked the appointment. Unregistered guests or additional attendees are not permitted to join a scheduled tour. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the tour, consistent with Section 1.
Touring the facility does not grant access to use any equipment, amenities, classes, or services. Only members or clients with a valid, active membership or purchase may use Valora Fitness offerings.
Booking a tour does not obligate the attendee to purchase any membership, class pack, or service.
Photography or recording during a tour is subject to the same consent requirements outlined in Section 11.
